This is an organic blend of syrah and red duras—a local varietal grown around the Tarn River near Toulouse, southwestern France—fermented in vats and ready to drink. Discrete on the nose with sweet black fruit aromas, floral hints and black pepper in the background, it is soft on the palate with fresh black and red cherry flavours, good acidity and a gentle spicy dry finish.
